As a family, we bring decades of combined experience in real estate sales, investing, development, renovations, business ownership, negotiations, and land-related projects. With more than 700 real estate transactions throughout our careers, we understand that buying or selling a property is not just a transaction. It is often one of the biggest financial and personal decisions people will make.
Unlike many agents, we actively invest in real estate ourselves and understand firsthand the challenges, risks, and rewards that come with homeownership, renovations, land ownership, development, and long-term investing. We believe real estate should feel accessible and understandable, and we focus heavily on educating our clients so they can make confident decisions that support their future goals.
Our background includes residential and commercial development projects, investment properties, property renovations, land projects, recreation developments, conservation-related work, habitat improvement, and complex negotiations involving landowners and development projects across the country.
Before transitioning into full-time real estate, Cade owned and operated a successful landscape business for seven years, bringing strong business, marketing, and client-service experience to our team. Mike spent more than 30 years working with landowners, conservation projects, wetland restoration, habitat improvement, and land-related negotiations across all 50 states. Together, our experiences allow us to bring a practical, real-world perspective that goes beyond traditional real estate sales.
We combine that experience with high-level marketing strategies designed to help listings stand out in today’s market, including professional photography, aerial drone media, video marketing, floor plans, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and strong communication systems that keep clients informed throughout the process.
